Your complete shopping satisfaction is our No.1 Priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. But still for theory purpose here it is: -

If you don't like what we sent you, let us know by email, we will try our best to find a solution. If an item you ordered from myfashions.com does not meet your expectations do write to us and we will happily try to assist you.

We are dedicated at myfashions.com to offer you the best quality in our products and our services. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and we are here to help remedy those problems.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition.

However, there is a remote possibility that: 
• the item may be damaged during transit.
• or there might be a manufacturing defect.
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you by mistake.

Item Received In Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect Or Wrong Item:

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. •    We will express ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you
•    If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. We will try and make sure you will be happy with the exchange.
•    If you do not want any alternate item then we will refund you in full with no deduction whatsoever.
•    Or any other amicable resolution as mutually agreed with customer
If Error Is Ours:

•    We will do free alterations & modifications. We will bear the to and fro shipping charges
•    Or send free replacement if not possible to repair. We will bear shipping charges
•    If replacement is no longer available then we will request you to choose some other alternative item from our website.
•    No refund can be issued under any circumstances.
•    We will request the customer to ship back the item to us in India for alterations at our cost or arrange a pick up from their address and send them back after correction or if not possible to correct then ship replacement item with no extra cost to the customer.

If Error Is Yours:

Refund Policy 

We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Debit Card, Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Debit Card, Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

Return shipping charges will be refunded through Myfashions Gift Vouchers / coupons

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 15 working days.


This policy is only for customer in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping cost.
 

Be Alert While Accepting Parcel From Courier Services:-

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. Color & Description Disclaimer:-

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.
While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
"Myfashions.com" firmly believe that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered.
 

While Ordering On Internet, We Suggest That Customers Should Be Aware Of Following Scenario:

1.    Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade then other colors. For example even if you yourself try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor. Though imaging technology has advanced, still no foolproof solution to this problem is available at the moment.
2.    Many a times green and blue also overlap. same is the case with off white, white and cream colors.

Beads And Sequences Missing Or Coming Off:-

We believe that customers who are ordering items with sequence and other beaded embroidery are aware of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided altogether. Many a times during strict physical checking at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. Many a times it may happen that you open a box and find some pieces falling down on the floor. Or you wear the dress and in a few hours you might lose some of them. Do not panic or over-react because if you look with a magnifying glass at any such dresses / saris worn by others, you will most certainly find some pieces missing or almost at a state of falling down.

Myfashions.com accepts returns with size issues only for:

  • Apparel

Only store credit will be given for such returns. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will be only accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments. Any items damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:

  • Accessories
  • Handbags
  • Jewellery
  • Leather goods
  • Sunglasses
  • Wallets
  • Watches

If the return is due to a size issue (applicable for apparel), it is the member’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. On our part we will give you a store credit. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charge you bear to return the package, up to a maximum of Rs 150/kg. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back.

Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 3 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. After validating your return request over phone we will send you an email authorizing a return. The mail will have a link that gives you access to the return shipping address label. You may simply print, fill with accurate information, paste the shipping address label on the package and courier it back to us. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email.

Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you.

You may cancel an order until the order status changes to “Order Processing”. You can cancel your order by writing to us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

Cancellation by customer:

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed /approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Myfashions.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Myfashions.com and accept Myfashions.com's decision regarding the cancellation.

Cancellation by myfashions:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Damaged product – if the garment is torn or if the item is broken

On the same day as delivery

Contact customer support of the product manufacturer and notify them that Product is damaged.

Product(s) must be re-packed in original packing along with all the paperwork that arrived with the product (invoices, certificates of authenticity, bill of entry).

Incorrect Order (e.g. model, brand, color or size different from what was ordered)

Within 3 days  of Delivery

Product(s) must be re-packed in original packing along with all the paperwork that arrived with the product (invoices, certificates of authenticity, bill of entry).

Any Other Reason (e.g. loss of colour, damage garment)

 

Within  15 days of Delivery

Product must be in perfect order without any physical damage, or blemish of any kind.

Note that only 50% of order value will be refunded on a case basis
